Terms and Conditions

Article 1 — Purpose

These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern all contractual relations between Fluid, Auto-entrepreneur, SIRET 992531004, with its registered office 14 Rue de la Bretonne, 79320 Moncoutant-sur-Sèvres, FR (hereinafter "the Seller"), and any natural or legal person purchasing on the site https://fluid-lab.eu (hereinafter "the Customer").

Article 2 — Products and services offered

The Seller offers for sale:

  • Service offerings (audit, development, consulting, workshops, appointments);
  • Digital products (templates, kits, plugins, SaaS access).

The essential characteristics, price and availability of each product or service are indicated on its description page.

Article 3 — Prices

Prices are indicated in euros (€). VAT not applicable, art. 293 B of the French Tax Code.

The Seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time. The prices applied are those in effect at the time of order.

Article 4 — Order

Any order placed via the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. The order summary shown before validation acts as the contract. The order confirmation is sent to the Customer by email.

Article 5 — Payment

Payment is due immediately at order, by card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal via the secure payment processor Stripe. No banking information is stored by the Seller.

Article 6 — Delivery / Execution

Digital products

Digital products are delivered electronically, immediately after payment confirmation, to the email address provided by the Customer.

Services

Services are performed according to deadlines agreed with the Customer. For appointments, the booked slot constitutes a reciprocal commitment.

Article 7 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with Article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days to exercise their right of withdrawal without giving any reason.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for:

  • Digital content provided on an intangible medium whose execution has begun after express prior agreement of the Customer and express waiver of their right of withdrawal (art. L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code);
  • Services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period, with prior Customer consent.

To exercise this right, the Customer sends their request to contact@fluid-lab.eu.

Article 8 — Refund

In case of valid withdrawal, the refund is processed within 14 days of receiving the request, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

Article 9 — Liability

The Seller's liability cannot be engaged in case of non-performance due to force majeure, Customer fault, or unforeseeable third-party events.

Article 10 — Intellectual property

Deliverables given to the Customer (code, documents, designs) remain the intellectual property of the Seller until full payment. A usage license is then granted to the Customer per agreed terms.

Article 11 — Personal data

The collected data is processed in accordance with the Privacy policy.

Article 12 — Consumer mediation

In accordance with Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, the Customer may freely use a consumer mediator for amicable dispute resolution. [Mediator to be designated]

Article 13 — Applicable law & jurisdiction

These Terms are subject to French law. Any dispute concerning their interpretation or execution falls under the jurisdiction of competent French courts.
