- Quote request : name, email, company, phone, budget, project description.
- Appointment booking : name, email, chosen slot.
- Customer account : name, email, hashed password, billing address, company, phone.
- Order : purchase history, payment status, Stripe reference (banking details are never stored by us).
- Technical data : IP address at the time of a form, strictly necessary session cookies.
3. Processing purposes
- Respond to your requests (contact, quote, appointments);
- Manage your customer account and orders;
- Ensure billing and compliance with our legal obligations (accounting, tax);
- Secure the site (abuse prevention, fraud detection).
4. Legal basis
The processing is based on:
- Performance of a contract (order, customer account);
- Your consent (forms);
- Our legal obligations (billing, accounting retention).
5. Retention period
- Customer account: as long as the account is active, then 3 years after last activity;
- Order / billing data: 10 years (accounting requirement);
- Contact messages: 3 years from the last exchange;
- Technical logs: 1 year maximum.
6. Recipients
Your data is only transmitted to:
- Stripe (payment) — stripe.com/privacy
- O2Switch (hosting)
- The competent authorities if required by law.
No data is resold or transmitted for third-party commercial purposes.
7. Cookies
The site only uses cookies strictly necessary for its operation (session, cart, language preference, CSRF protection). No advertising tracking cookies are set.
8. Your rights
In accordance with GDPR and the French Data Protection Act, you have the following rights:
- Right of access, rectification, erasure;
- Right to restriction and portability;
- Right to object;
- Right to withdraw your consent at any time.
