If really needed, yes. But 90% of internal tools / B2B SaaS don't need a SPA. Livewire + Alpine gives the same interactive feel with 10× less complexity.

Yes. Multi-tenant by schema or tenant_id column depending. SAML/OIDC SSO when the client asks. Fine-grained RBAC via Laravel policies or Spatie Permission.

Either you host (VPS, Forge, cloud — I document the deployment), or I propose managed hosting at O2Switch or other, with optional technical maintenance. No lock-in.
